The New Jersey Independent Health Care Appeals Program is an external review program intended for the purpose of reviewing adverse utilization management (UM) determinations made by the carriers.
If you are a covered person or provider and wish to file an appeal, register for a portal account below. If you are a carrier, contact Maximus (firstname.lastname@example.org) to register for a portal account.

This system is for the use of authorized users only.
